Determining fault in an auto accident can be difficult. In most cases, an accident will occur from the negligence of one of the drivers and or something faulty with the vehicle. However, sometimes accidents occur because of roadways and/or some other faulty infrastructure. When this is the case, fault does not fall on the drivers or the vehicles themselves.
